He insisted we try it... heck he dared us to and so we did. We lost our end of the bet and had to eat some serious crow as SilkBalance really does work incredibly well, but found a wonderful product in the process so it was worth it. We have the following spa system recommendations to use silk balance: (If you are not sure give us a call at 1-800-587-2772)
- Minimum of 8 hour filtration (ideal a 24 circulation pump).
- Properly working ozonator (Ozonators more then 3 years old should be test with our ozone testing kit).
- Purge the spa previous to switch to Silk Balance by running Spa Flush through the system.
- The use of a Silver Ion Mineral Cartridge like the Freshwater AG+, a Nature2 Cartridge, or Frog Mineral Cartridge.
