Choose the correct foam density for your situation.

STANDARD FOAM All our covers come standard with virgin 1lb foam.  This foam an insulation value of R-15.  This is the type of core standard from almost all manufactures with there new spa.  We typically recommend this level foam for anyone that does not experience snow conditions during the winter.  Despite the lower R value there is only minimal heat loss difference for most people from this cover to the higher grades.  DON'T BE FOOLED BY OTHER SITES THAT YOU NEED TO UPGRADE.

2LB FOAM made of virgin foam.  This foam core has an insulation of value of R-19.7 it also can support up to 200lbs.  This core is ideal for people that experience occasional standing snow on there spa cover.

SUPER FOAM is the only foam core on the consumer market with an insulation value above R-19.  Super foam is rated at R-22 and is test up to 1000 lbs.  The unique way that super foam is made also gives much better resistance to  absorbing water.  Super foam  is the perfect choice for some with standing snow loads or extra concerned with water absorption.  While all of our covers are made with the Vapor Barrier Shield this cover goes a step further.
